Rightfully so in OTC land!

I'm not selling over this much, especially when in general it seems it's not being factored in by the market as bad enough news to dump (even in the OTC, wow), but on-time filings should be the least we can expect, and this was a bad fumble.

While I have NO inside knowledge of what has led up to the late filing, my experience tells me that someone's head is on the block. That said, it's possible that there is a GOOD reason for the delay, which is likely why buyers today were buying the dip IMO.

You are correct, given today's volume and support tells us that investors get it, this is why there isn't a sell off today. Bottom line, we are still at the same pricing level before the post.
