Thank you for your initiative, VanGan.

My opinion remains that the DOJ's evidence is parsed and fails to address ancillary issues which would be expected in a full-throated presentation of the facts, to include discussion of the Public Offering which was executed simultaneously with the sale of the already existing shares. But focus on details relative to Dale's actions only serves to divert attention away from the key component of this case, which hinges on the question of Material Non-Public Information (MNPI).

I've made my opinion clear, before there was even a case filed by the DOJ. The truth is crystal clear. The video presentation of the Mayo Clinic-led LIVE-AIR Phase III trial of Lenzilumab (lenz) has been presented repeatedly, along with the Lancet and Thorax peer-reviews. Third-party-proof-positive of the outstanding safety and efficacy of lenz to treat hospitalized and hypoxic patients diagnosed with covid pneumonia.
