This press release is going to cause huge implications down the road if digital age/OOVE finds success.
I went down the rabbit hole and I hope someone can correct me because I feel like Peter just robbed shareholders.
OOVE was introduced in an August 2022 heavily implying it was integrated with HPNN and their own technology but this PR is now stating HPNN shareholders have no ties whatsoever.
Everything in Peter’s vision for the last five years has been exactly what OOVE does. So what is Digital Age? A blank platform?
All the value lies within the infrastructure and IP technology which is OOVE.
Future lawsuits coming down the road in my opinion.
