That is a major step many OTCs never achieve. * The share cancellation of 1.683 billion shares is significant if fully reflected and permanent. Reducing the outstanding share count can dramatically improve the structure. * Management appears focused on legitimacy: PCAOB audits, CFO appointment, SEC filings, procurement discussions, and OTCQB ambitions. * The filing is important because it is the first one expected to reflect the merger and intellectual property assets from Kepler Fusion Technologies. That is what many shareholders were waiting for.
