Odd that the terms and conditions weren't in the press release but we never heard what Sharp paid Bill Schaefer for the GRDO shell.

"Jay Wright acquires majority control of Worldwide NFT"

The 5 Million shares of the preferred series A stock controls 100% of the vote but Sharp never included what he was paid or if Sharp sold the all to Wright or kept a percentage so he could convert each share of common stock.

And Sharp owns all 5 Million shares of the Series A stock.

On October 22, 2021, the Company issued 3,000,000 common shares and 4,700,000 Series A Preferred shares to its CEO for services valued at $19,880,000.
