I want to post some good DD so bad but im on my phone for the next 2 days traveling and its hard to copy and paste info on this phone. I hope I can try to explain the DD I want to post. I was trying to see why would BIEI need an ITAR approval and did a google search.. I put in " do you need ITAR registration approval for exporting and importing hemp...then ask the same question for graphene. Both answers came back No! You do not need ITAR approval to export or import hemp or Commercial Grade Graphene........HOWEVER!!!!!!!! You do need ITAR approval and registration if the hemp or graphene is directly going to be used into Government Defense Military products!!! Wow, Wow, Wow! Google it for yourselves. They explained and validated what BIEI has been saying they are doing which is using hemp graphene for Defense Military Products!! If BIEI was sending hemp graphene to a regular construction site on 5th Street to build a liquor store or 711, they dont need ITAR approval because it will fall under "Commercial Grade Graphene/Hemp". But due to the fact BIEI is seeking Defense/Military Contracts, where their tech will be used for Defense Shipbuilding, Drones, Military Helicopters, planes vehicles and war gear, BIEI has to get ITAR approval. Folks this is massive! Once approved we are going to get some very interesting Defense Contract PR's.
