I agree.

It might have made sense to try all the different businesses when they were flush with cash. And, I think they gained valuable knowledge of what potential hydrogen customers need (infrastructure-wise). But now is the time to drive profitability.

They may still have to dump some businesses.

High risk, possible high returns.
