I hear what you are saying, I have no issue with OLC it it is my lack of confidence in management to pull off approval.

My cardiologist threw out all my meds I had been taking for the last 9 years, Atorvastin, Metoprolol and Lisinopril and Metformin.

Switched me to Brilenta, ezetimibe, and a bunch of others (6 different and then the supplements I take). My memory is coming back and my shaking hands are reducing severity. It has been 4 months since my attack and still waiting on VA to get me a cardiologist, my local VA doc is fantastic and she is pissed that one hasn't been assigned yet.
