Brent Nelson is lying when he says they have a working 1/2 Megawatt... They cannot fuse anything without fuel. They cannot get fuel as they don't have the required licensing. AMFN would need a U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) radioactive materials license, specifically a Byproduct Material License authorizing possession and use of Helium-3 (He-3) because He-3 is regulated as a byproduct of tritium decay, and all commercial acquisition of He-3 in the U.S. flows through the DOE Isotope Program, which only sells to entities holding the proper NRC authorization.

And... if AMFN intends to store or use He-3 in Texas, they would also need a Texas Department of State Health Services Radioactive Material License, because Texas is an NRC-Agreement State. But this does not replace the NRC requirement... Texas mirrors NRC rules and they haven't even applied for it. I just looked.

And what happened to the 5 MW he said they had sitting on the floor??? These scammers can keep their stories straight.
