The only thing in common is not just doing a RS, but having Strickland as owner and both note holders as recent note signers also @ HLLK. Price being in limbo also. Thieves tend to stick together, as we all can see. So I would not put anything past VGLS that HLLK is also doing, when it quacks its usually a duck.
BTW I do love your groups insistence on putting in the action of SELL in many of your comments. I think Ive read that action like 10 times from your guys lol.
