This is obviously Sharp's last self Enrichment pump and dump scheme.

Why would anyone acquire a shell that has been hijacked 3 times in the past and doesn't have a Form 211 on file with FINRA so WNFT is a Unsolicited Quotes Only stock.

Sharp rented Jay Wright's name name to get his cult members excited so both can dump their shares on naive and gullible investors.

The reverse split was to bump up the price so he could decieve investors again. And Wright gets a nice payout.

Current total assets = $0.00

WNFT doesn't report to the SEC - just another Sharp being Sharp.
