$TSPG Setting up Exactly like 3 or so years ago when went from .004-$.14 premarket with $.09 hits at open. Seems .004-.0045 Resistance. LOTS of news almost 1-3 PR's a week in the last 3 months even with "Pink" still on. No Dilution. Same share structure from 3 years ago. Nothing has changed other than Big news flow and Gradual price up from .0015 area to .0038 today. Recent filings one would think Pink would be off or off soon.
