RA Capital is considered the elite in biotech investing ...also one of the biggest .
I dont think they actually needed to file this 13 G at this time .....since they have maintained a 9.9% position for awhile.
I see it as communicating to the market that they remain long and strong in their UNCY position ...essentially a vote of confidence in that mgt has done everything possible to get OLC approved.

PS. I think UNCY has a " soft " poison pill preventing any hedge fund owning more than 10% ...to prevent a take over like Sarissa Capital did with AMRN .
This doesnt prevent NVS or some other Co making a buy out offer.
