Because OLC consists of small, swallowable pills rather than large, chalky Renvela tablets, patient adherence tracks significantly higher (70% adherence for OLC vs. 58% for prior binders like Renvela), leading to more reliable, long-term serum phosphorus reduction.

This was the question I got most of at my last luncheon pitch for OLC .
How does OLC compare to Renvela ?
