Yesterday's daily short sale volume was 36.66% (as reported by FINRA) and the shorts are still manipulating the market but the PPS went up 8.33%! The short borrow fee is at 241.6% and 708'400 shares are currently shorted — that is 8.4% of the Float!! Furthermore, the short shares availability is 350'000. Cel-Sci's CEO Geert Kersten bought another 100'000 shares on May 13, 2026, sending a message to investors. With the pending SFDA decision and the new strategic agreement with Amarox, we are expecting news in the coming days and a potential sale of Multikine in SA in the coming months.
