RITM

Decided to buyback today at $9.43 after selling at $10.16. here is what I like.

1) RITM pays a well covered dividend which yields 10.6% where I brought it. so that is definetlely getting paid while you wait.

2) RITM, although originally when I sold I was disappointed I do feel I was too hard on it. RITM trades at steep discount to book value at $12.51 so that is yet another plus.

3) RITM in my opinion should continue to grow and I still expect $2.25-2.30 this year, which means we are trading a little over 4x which in my opinion is too cheap.

Conclusion: After further review I decided to buyback RITM here, A huge safer yield, trading significantly under book, at a little over 4x earnings seems attractive to me. time will tell. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.

---All above is just my humble opinion.
And I could always be wrong.
And as always do your own DD.---
