And yes, you are absolutely correct about the 43-101 rules being irrelevant to companies that are solely traded on US markets. So many posters think the 43-101 rules are what all mining companies should comply with.

The BCSC will actually send out cease and desist letters to solely US-traded companies that refer to the 43-101 rules or claim a report is 43-101 compliant. MISM (Mission Mining) comes to mind maybe 10 yrs ago.
