And I almost 99% certain the preferred shares retired are that of Jermain Strong.
If you look at the filings, he has exactly 2,735,933m preferred shares available. 
The retirement news figure was 1,748,933m you can see the similarities in the last 3 digits..

So my maths on 145m is almost likely correct to what is left to convert after this.
Let’s hope we get news to move this as these aren’t a lot of shares for a trips play!
