Been hearing from the experts over 9 months that Kaplan was selling shares. With each filing it is clear he has not been selling, only buying. I wonder what the experts will say now. Change in messaging incoming. I wonder why Kaplan has not sold any shares, and has already committed to fund the next Reg A when Qualif. It is going to take something substantial for Kaplan to move 2.2+B shares.
