is there or isn't there 7,000,000 +/- of questionable origins ...or you have something else?

I am aware from a message ... During the DUTV days there was a 167,000,000 TORQ SS and 169,000,000 TORQ SS. Two halves, TORQ being scribed at DUTV. The reason being was Assessment of value. However along with those came around a 790 million control shares SS. The question on that block being, was it within the general population of common shares of DUTV before the R/S, quietly being bought out? 100:1 with a 57 + million OTC outstanding and a 49+ million company reported outstanding. Difference is about 7,000,000 + almost 8,000,000, in question.

My problem or interest is a possibility of and QDRO in place from past Management issues. It would be on the market, to 1st secure those shares and 2nd protect those shares, as a QDRO is a Court order. Well, I suppose unless 1 party surrendered their 1/2 at a price? 7,900,000/ 2 = 3,950,000


3,950,000 X $20 = $79,000,000... hmmm....Maybe closer to 4,000,000 to cover 1 Cert it was a 3 for 1 which requires 4,000,000 shares
