Those are awesome credentials, LOL. ABT has been slapped with a $470M judgment (of which $400M was punitive damages) in Missouri state court for failure to warn users that preemies who use infant formula (which is a medical necessity) incur a small risk of necrotizing enterocolitis—even though the infant formula does not actually cause this condition.
