Tell me who would need a special committee to look at an offer ($10.75) per share,when your stock is trading under 15 cents a share.Over 70 times current value.Have you ever seem such BS in your life?This is where the BS non-binding crap comes in.You might as well offer 1000 bucks a share,because it means nothing.Once again I will mention CHR,same bull.They offered 26 times the share price at the time.This was back in November when the special committee was formed.Nothing happened except they increased the share count,then RS.Does that sound familiar?These are pump and dumps and nothing else.Good luck and good trading.
