My theory in $gtch & $twoh 
The GTCH acquisition proposal for TWOH has NEVER been publicly rejected or terminated. $TWOH acknowledged receipt of the proposal and stated it was under evaluation, and since then both companies have continued moving deeper into the same direction:merchant banking,AI,digital assets,fintech,corporate restructuring Then add in the shared leadership connections and the Wertheim & Company direction and it becomes pretty clear this isn’t random OTC coincidence anymore. Feels like TWOH is currently doing most of the public-facing restructuring while GTCH stays quieter in the background until the structure is finalized. Still speculative until definitive agreements are filed. Imo
