These are authorized shares. Outstanding shares are much less. The exact number depends on disgorgements and SEC action. IMO the future of NNRX will depend on mergers and acquisitions as well as management changes. If the future depends on MJ and Crypto we could be in for a wild ride. What we know is you can't buy NNRX stock right now. There are still law suits yet to be settled. I'm planning on a big celebration in Las Vegas this year.
