I've completed acquiring shares in IPIX and GBLX, entities which I think may become part of Humanigen's reorganization, something you continue to ignore.

We may learn more this week, if Dale Replies to the DOJ's Response, which would be due by the 15th. Otherwise, we'll have to wait for Oral Arguments next month.

As far as the DOJ's Response, they stated, "In Paragraph 7, the Indictment alleges that “defendant executed and willfully caused to be
executed the securities transactions listed below on the basis of material nonpublic information (MNPI) used in breach of a duty of trust and confidence owed directly and indirectly to Humanigen and the shareholders.”

My interest, as a Humanigen shareholder, is in the publicly available clinical trial data as presented by the doctors who actually conducted the LIVE-AIR trial, as seen here.
