AMFN has put out numerous pr's stating the 100mw Texatron will be revealed at the end of this year.
The 5mw Texatron is being built with a proper frame designed for commercial use.

There is no proof, facts or evidence of fraud or lying.
No investigations are being conducted by any government agency.
Whatever happened to the fake claim that Texas AG was looking into AMFN?

AI fud meant to scare investors into selling or prevent new investors has failed miserably.
And it will only become less effective as AMFN reveals its valuation, and Form 10 activates to allow institutions to invest, as well as start the path forward to move to the OTCQB.
And yes, market makers are being lined up, both domestically and abroad, to list AMFN on the German Frankfurt exchange.
