All depends on if you’re theoretically talking about someone obtaining enough shares via market purchase to obtain controlling interest? 
Or more so you are just inferring that someone is obtaining a large shareholder stake in the company anticipating a future buyout or something in that order?
Logistically, I don’t see how you could separate out IsoPet to sell off without some sort of compensation to current shareholders. And I don’t even know legally how that would work.
