I guy on Twitter by the name of Penny stocks said it increased? Maybe he has some sort of subscription service. He posted around 11:30am and soon after a bunch of sells came in. Even if true this is a very small increase for what's coming here. Many OTC stocks run to pennies with Billions of Shares.
