I was a little worried with the 100m added last week to restricted because that will make the preferred retirement news a joke! 
But it has stayed on restricted! Previous times, after 2 business days it moves into unrestricted! 
It’s been more than 5 business days now so it’s safe to assume this is isn’t dilution.
Based on 2023-2025…they have always submitted Quarterly on the 15th of May, twice on the 15th and once on the 14th of May.
So let’s watch the filings like a hawk…if those 100m stay restricted till then..let’s see if it was allocated to the CEO or more shares for one of the directors…which to me will mean a good thing! More skin in the game!
I still except CEO to move MSK signal into FITY or get some undiluted funding for the research here…his history shows he has had over 20m dollars in grant in the past( independently verified sources)
