I am doubtful though. Even though they can reach their 1T valuation with a 50% warrant elimination, it will be a tough sell before mid terms. We have to be ready for full warrants exercise
I think when Trump said he wanted a 1t valuation to the bankers in August, none of them were ready to give him that valuation and hence the delay until they figure out a way for that valuation. 
They wanted to be the first but in the meanwhile Elon is raining on their parade with a 2T valuation IPO and making their IPO not a big deal
