Of course, people can thank roberts and thomas of the scrotum court with rewriting the constitution and eagerly taking a political case they had no business getting involved in. The whole premise of a supreme court was to be above the political influence of either party. They have now become or have been gop nazi controlled for years. The nazi 6 are now taking political cases they choose. And almost 100% are using the shadow docket for political causes.

The scrotum court passed rules with the shadow docket allowing racial gerrymandering under the false lie that it's okay as a blue - red issue. Which is incredibly racial profiling. Then the same 6 just passed a ruling allowing louisiana to change maps AFTER the voting started last week. The constitution doesn't allow that to be legal and it's technically a state issue which the scrotum court in infringing on.
