it seems market regulations only PROHIBIT AMERICANS from buying or selling certain stocks. like they are doing investors a favor. now if you 'shareholder' of this company. the 'govt' prohibiting the public from buying a stock means it's gov't interference in the 'free market' so gov't says Americans are kids and cannot make their on decisions and are naive kids..most people are over 55 in the market and don't need no gov't to tell them what to do.
