$BCDS is all about delays and excuses. Apparently FINRA is requesting more stuff... And the board of directors need to review the quarterly... Wasnt all of this wrapped up weeks ago according to their last update? Or was that just made up? This ticker is struggling, and the longs are pulling out as soon as new blood falls for this scam.
