SEC helping the institutional shorts who can get short any stock in the nasdaq via naked short which reserved privillged for market makers only and vip customers. they are the market makers and have unlimited shares to short. it's free money for them if the stock get delisted to otc market. these guys are paying 100% short fees to short cause it's no risk free money. the 'game they play with these stocks is getting stupid and getting too obvious with their bs
