Bankruptcy can be due to events beyond the control of management...or it's often the result of misdeeds by incompetent, self serving, unethical, and criminal management.

Clearly anyone who tried to profiteer on a deadly pandemic by claiming they had a cure...or an unlimited supply of substandard counterfeit protective equipment...fall into the later category. IMO people like JKP and his pal should be behind bars.
