The reverse split is still a mechanical necessity to align the Nelson/Kepler control percentage in the Form 10. Today’s update does suggests that the company is attempting to make it hopefully more palatable to shareholders before pulling that lever. Should I need to explain the aforementioned (why) to you or any others I'd be more than happy to... from both the CPA & MBA side of things. 🙏up
