I see we have a new PR but from reviewing a few details in filings it appears our CFO believe Dr. Dent has a conflict of interest so I believe the SEC won't allow up-listing presently. Not sure how other readers feel about this but do post your thoughts.

Maybe Dent shot himself in the foot announcing up-listing, seems like and I hate to say it but "Crying Wolf" too many times.
