ANF

Brought today at $82.95, obviously underwater already, which more than not seems to be the norm for me these days. But here is what I like.

After selling at almost $94, I said I would look to rebuy on weakness, now in the 82's. I see that as weakness.

1) ANF has guided for $10.20-11.00, I think they will be closer to $11.00 at a 12x multiple. I could see the stock trading say at $130. Which would be a great return from the low 80's over the next 6-12 months in my opinion.

2) ANF has an aggressive stock buyback in fact 450 million is being forecasted. That would mean they plan on reducing the share count at current prices by say 11-12% which is significant reduction in shares will be very accretive in the future.

3) ANF has a very healthy balance sheet with almost $17 in share in cash on the balance sheet. Which is a plus.

Conclusion: I Like ANF a lot here, and think it is very attractive at these levels. Time will tell. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.

---All above is just my humble opinion.
And I could always be wrong.
And as always do your own DD.---
