Retained Earnings Tomorrow? Why Not?

I don’t believe that the RE can be Tax Free because RE passed through the BK accounted for.

Therefore no reason to wait until July regarding RE.


I have no evidence to prove that we are not going to be paid for our property.

• FDIC/JPM.
• WMIIC.
• non-debtor subs.
• RE now worth ~$30B.
