The point is...if Tokamak can do it, who says another company, with a different style of fusion, ie. AMFN's Texatron can't?
Unless someone personally witnessed a demonstration of the Texatron, there can be no legitimate claim of the Texatron being either non-existent, a scam or not feasible.
Nor can claims that AMFN is lying to the public.
Don't believe the company?
Don't invest.
It's that simple.
Meanwhile, all the ancillary evidence points to probable success.
No amount of whining, hand-wringing, or cries of scam can mitigate the positive progress AMFN is making.
You don't hire top level talent to be in your management team, and they don't accept, if the company is a scam.
You don't negotiate obtaining a supply of He-3 if the company is a scam.
You don't file dozens of patent with hundreds more in the pipeline if the company is a scam.
You don't file a Form 10-12a and be scrutinized by federal government regulatory bodies if it's a scam.
AMFN is NOT being investigated by any federal, state or local government agencies or any law enforcement.

Nobody at the Texas AG's office is looking into AMFN for any wrongdoing.
Anyone can file a meritless complaint.
