I love OTC investor's rationalization. The company doesn't need to make excuses, let the underwater OTC shareholders do it for them! lol

They announced the delay on the last day of their deadline. Probably thought they could finish in time, but couldn't.

Well once the deadline was here and it wasn't complete, wouldn't they HAVE TO have known now that they couldn't make it? LOL

Then if they were so close to been finished as you fictionally tell us, then of course them now saying they will be done in the "near term", make no sense at all! Love it
