"If" the only word that matters there. Anyone who bought because of this "deal announcement" and who didn't take the 10 minutes to see what happened with the previous "big deals" deserves every penny of their losses. Poor due diligence cannot be rewarded!

I also think it is humorous that you fail to mention the April 15 deal completion date. Love it!
