I just got back from Superior Court. I contested the tentative Ruling , and made my points and the judge reversed his tentative ruling , gaged the cost of this high end associate attorney 's cost per hour, and suggeested the City negotiate a settlement. I thanked the judge and left the Courtroom.
Woo Hoo. I might get about $40,000, I expect.
