Yes, and that's clearly pressuring the stock today. Don't know why they'd be selling aggressively at these levels, but we'll have to see. This 144 stock is still restricted by volume limits and holding periods, so this doesn't mean the entire amount will be dumped on the market. It could also give the company an opportunity to repurchase a ton of shares from this seller, but i admit that's putting an optimistic spin on what is looking like a grim situation. This one blindsided me.
