I'm sure you have drank the kool-aid, and that's fine. Marshall's work has done nothing for this stock, if anything, it's pushed it down. Doing Reg A's and then saying we are good is counter productive. Maxing out the AS with billions of shares will dilute this so much that the MC at .0001 won't make sense. Someone said it here how Marshal thinks he's doing good and oblivious to how much he's destroyinng his credibility.

I'm not sending death threats, but Marshall does not have shareholder value in mind. When he's one tick flipping his own stock, what does that say to any serious investor?
