You have around 10 million here, and then restructured 10 million at PTEL and 10 million at ENTI.

Maybe there is a mix and match as it was a 1 for 1.

Of course I'd have to believe the Encounter Tech divvys ...aka payment for IYP is the TRUST. And 90 million held back plus around 60-70 million that didnt make the trip.

I'm a Crazy Scots-Irishman Blue Blood... It's probably not a good idea to listen to me...every thing I say is of my opinion. I'm not a good place to get investment advise...
