The next move will be the Safe Act, although from my reading I don't think TCNNF needs to wait for that. I'm not a lawyer or tax specialist so we'll have to see. Maybe Ms. Rivers will have some insight during the May 7th earnings review. 11.50, looks like someone dropped a 0 in the price. I think we hit a break when we went from 6 to 9.42 in short order (over 50%). It shouldn't be too long of a march to 11.50, we've already climbed a fairly steep hill. 😀
