It's impossible for them to have a working 100 MW fusion reactor by the end of the year. They have done no engineering... they cannot do the engineering because they do not know what to engineer for. Without the engineering they cannot even think about applying for any licensing or permits to build one. They also don't have the money to even do the research and testing to figure out what they need to engineer. All they got are some vague patent applications of ideas that have not been tested.
The Texatron is nothing but a science fiction fantasy dreamed up by a nutty science fiction writer.
