If I may...OTC scam tickers don't have a bottom. They continue to go down until the crooks that run them can no longer obtain financing from an OTC gutter note financer. The crooks then file for, and usually get, a RS. That RS destroys current bag holders and allows the crooks to obtain gutter financing again and the dilution mill ramps up for another cycle.

As long as there are unsuspecting investors that think the SEC has their back, the scam is like shampoo.....wash, rinse, repeat.
