In simple language... The claims being made by Richard Hawkins, Brent Nelson, Fabrice David, and John Brandenburg are ridiculous and complete bullshit. The Texatron is an obvious scam being used as pump bait to enable these fraudsters to dump worthless stock to enrich themselves.
